Common questions

How quickly can you come out?
We work seven days a week and can often get to urgent problems the same day. Most other bookings are scheduled within one to two business days. Call 780-707-1686 and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the pest and the size of the property, so we inspect on site first and give you a written quote before any work begins.
Do I need to prepare before treatment?
Yes, for most treatments. Preparation matters - an unprepared property usually means the treatment has to be repeated. We publish the preparation sheet for every pest so you can download it before we arrive.
Do I need to leave during treatment?
It depends on the treatment. Gel baiting for cockroaches lets you stay on the premises. Bed bug and cockroach spray treatments need at least six hours away, and eight hours for children, infants and pregnant women. Each preparation sheet states the exact re-entry time.
Do you treat apartments and condos?
Yes. We work with property managers and condo boards, and treat adjoining units where a pest can spread between suites.
Do you service outside Edmonton?
Yes - Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Devon, Morinville and Nisku.
